A simple high-rise flare pants is definitely a capsule piece in my closet. It can pair with shirts, Ts, blazers, dresses, really just about anything. Here, I featured it with a button-down white shirt, a classic office silhouette. In order to loosen it up a little, I also added a skinny scarf and unbuttoned the cuffs.
