Fall is in the air. I dug out my blanket scarf from it’s Summer hibernating place. I think it’s happy to see some Fall sunshine, breath the Fall crisp cool air, and so do I.

I like Fall because it is the season that I can start playing with layers, and playing with layers allows my creativity go a little wild. The thought of it makes me happy.

This Blanket scarf I got from Aritzia is one of my favorite Fall essentials. The mustard yellow/warm brown/navy blue platte is a great complementary color platte to many of my winter clothes, which tends to run in navy, denim, and gray a lot. Another reason I like it is because the scarf is not only utilitarian – keeping me warm, but also visually changing my body proportion by adding volume to my upper body. I have a very narrow shoulder and thin torso, a little added volume will make my upper body and lower body look more balanced.
